Improv to a Job — Achieving self-determination through theatre

The theatre troupe’s current project is Improv to a Job and Social Skills, an innovative program designed to help people with autism achieve meaningful employment, develop careers, and create micro businesses. Through improvisation and sharing, participants learn valuable communication and listening skills to help them achieve their work or career goals. The current workshop series began January 25 and ends May 24, 2026. At the conclusion, the group will share through improv theatre and music what they have learned from the workshops with family, friends, and potential employers. Wil Fisher directs the program with troupe members serving as assistant workshop directors.
