About the Program
Improv to a Job uses improvisational theatre to help people with autism imagine their perfect job, learn how to land that job, and reinforce the social and communication skills they need to thrive in the workplace. They also learn how to start their own business.

You can watch scenes from Vemo co-founder and CEO Peter Louch’s workshop visit here, where Peter shares his experience in starting and growing his own business.
At the end of the workshop series, the group will create and perform a musical theater event where they will share what they have learned in the workshops. Potential employers and the autism community will be invited to attend.
The current Improv to a Job workshop series is offered at no cost. We encourage everyone to donate on our Donation Page. You can download our Winter/Spring 2025 Improv to a job flyer here.
