About the Program
Improv to a Job uses improvisational theatre to help people with autism imagine their perfect job, learn how to land that job, and reinforce the social and communication skills they need to thrive in the workplace. They also learn how to start their own business.

You can watch scenes from our 2025 Improv to a Job workshop with Vemo co-founder and CEO Peter Louch’s workshop visit here. Peter shares his experience about starting and growing his own business.
At the end of the workshop series, the group creates a Showcase where they share what they have learned in the workshops. Potential employers, the autism community, as well as family, friends, and new friends are invited to attend the showcase.
